Apex Legends is coming on Nintendo Switch on the 9th of March 2021. The Switch users are going to get some fantastic rewards. The Battle Royale game was available earlier on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, via Steam. Season 7 of Apex Legend came to Steam, but this time, the free-to-play Battle Royale game’s season 8 is coming on the small screen.

Porting Apex Legend on the small screen is an achievement, but the transition wouldn’t be possible without our friends Panic Button, said Chad Grenier, Director Apex Legends. This season is bringing battle pass, XP boost, and exclusive legendary skin.

What’s coming with Apex Legends in Nintendo Switch

Apex Legend hasn’t been exclusively tied to consoles previously, but this legendary skin is the first-come, the first time. However, PS exclusive legendary skin is a constant within the game. The legendary skin and name reference Nintendo’s branding. The iconic red and white indicate Nintendo’s branding while the name F.L.U.D.D character from Super Mario.

The Nintendo Switch users will have more than just legendary skin. The players will be awarded a double XP boost and 30 battle pass levels from the 9th of March 2021 for two weeks. The legendary P.A.T.H legendary skin will available for a limited but undisclosed time.

Since there is no Cross Progression available for Apex Legend, the skin will only be available if you’re playing with Nintendo Switch. For those who already own the console, this is a must-grab skin. The Nintendo Switch version of Apex legends will not be missing the feature of its counterparts. The game’s technical limitations and control sizes have been optimized to bring the experience closer to other consoles and PC.
