Marvel’s first-ever TV series WandaVision is out. Since many of us have seen all 3 episodes, so let’s recap the events. If you’re going to binge-watch, this post is going to contain a few spoilers! So here’s the SPOILER ALERT! Let’s begin with the first look. From the opening, costumes to sets and hairdos, the show feels like an originally colorless 50s TV series. While episode 1 shows the migration of the newly wed-couple leaving big town to spend a quiet life in Westview.

There is a lot of interaction involved from Mrs. Hart arrive at the couple’s residence for dinner. Also the neighbor, Agnes visiting Wanda and helping her to find out why the 23rd of August is so special. Episode 2 furthers when we see Wanda pregnant and later give birth to twins. Performing some magic tricks at the show to the mysterious appearance of the Beekeeper with the S.W.O.R.D logo on the outfit. The events lead to mysterious circumstances that the couple is later exposed to.

While season 2 marked a heartwarming note with alarming concerns in the end. Episode 3 is more about some concerned yet suspicious neighbors and an obnoxious Dr. Nielsen visiting Wanda. Since Wanda Maximoff is already pregnant, the couple had their big moments arrived. The colors cascading from the room and the couple realizes series of strange events. Wanda’s pregnancy is gaining at an alarming rate and how much control does she have over her power becomes even clearer. As her pregnancy reaches the final moment, more power outages, earthquakes, and events take place. Geraldine helps Wanda as the water breaks and her contraction comes around, we see the reality changing.

While Geraldine and Wanda had a chat about their twin and her brother Pietro. She notices the pendant around Geraldine’s neck is the same, as the one that appeared on the Helicopter and the Beekeeper’s gear. Wanda then rushes her out. That’s when we saw agents entering the Westview, surrounding the residence with helicopters and cars. We see some sort of magnetic shield created by Wanda around her house.

WandaVision seems like an engaging mix of classic sitcom and mysterious thriller. Following this episode, we’re left with so many questions. What does the symbol (S.W.O.R.D) represent? Who’s Geraldine, Agnes, Herb? Why did Geraldine ask about Pietro AKA Quicksilver? Is it even a reality? or there exists no such thing?

Based on the cinematic, script, and execution, our rating defines the series as well-crafted and exciting work by Marvel’s first-ever experiment. So, the sitcom turned action series worths 4.5 Bananas until what comes forth in the next episode.
