In order to attract more kids (that almost sounds creepy) Disney has launched StarWarsKids.com. It basically just a subset of Disney LOL. However, with it comes a new series of animated shorts called Galaxy of Adventures. Check out a trailer for it below.

Using a stylized animation, the first six shorts of the series will recount key scenes from the movies leading up to the release of Episode IX. The series of shorts will use audio from the original films. So yes, the voices you will hear in the shorts will be Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, and the late Carrie Fisher.

Join Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Yoda, Princess Leia, Darth Vader, and more in Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures, a new series of animated shorts celebrating the galaxy far, far away!

Additional shorts featuring fan-favorite characters will debut in December, with regular releases following in 2019.

With Galaxy of Adventures, we wanted to craft something that allowed parents to help their kids take their first step into a much larger world whether they were ready to show their kids the films or wanted to find new ways to explore the content,” James Waugh, Lucasfilm’s vice president for franchise content and strategy, tells StarWars.com.

Star Wars: Galaxy of Adventures starts November 30th, 2019. Will you be sitting down with your kids to check it out?
