Josh Hutcherson wants to be Blitzen’s replacement in Elliot: The Littlest Reindeer.

Josh Hutcherson (Future Man, The Hunger Games) has dreams of pulling Santa’s sleigh in Elliot: The Littlest Reindeer. Check out the trailer for it below.

When Blitzen announces his retirement on December 21st, a miniature horse has 3 days to fulfill his lifelong dream of earning a spot on Santa’s team at the North Pole try-outs.

The film seems to be in the same vein as Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer only this time Rudolph…I mean Elliot is a miniature horse. Should be a fun a holiday ride.

Elliot: The Littlest Reindeer was directed by Jennifer Westcott (Locked in a Garage Band). It was produced by Awesometown Entertainment, Double Dutch International, Elgin Road Productions.

Besides Hutcherson the film also stars Samantha Bee (Full Frontal), Morena Baccarin (Gotham, Deadpool), and John Cleese (Monty Python).

Elliot: The Littlest Reindeer will have a limited release in theaters starting November 30th, 2018. The film will then be released on On Demand and BD/DVD on December 4th, 2018.
