Uncork’d Entertainment has brought the ever loveable film My Pet Dinosaur to the U.S. Get ready to have your heart melt when you check out the trailer below.
The film premiered last year in Austrailia and has just made its way stateside. The film definitely has an E.T. feel to it…maybe mix in a little Free Willy. Either way, My Pet Dinosaur looks to be fine family fun.
After an experiment gone wrong, a young boy named Jake makes a new friend. When his new lovable pet begins growing larger and larger, it becomes hard for Jake to keep the mischievous creature a secret. While continuing to grow the animal starts some chaos around town causing the military to start looking for their missing dinosaur. Now Jake and his friends must save their ‘pet’ in this heartwarming tale of friendship, mystery, and adventure.
The film stars Jordan Dulieu, Annabel Wolfe, Christopher Gabardi (The Thorn Birds: The Missing Years) and Tiriel Mora (Farscape). It was written and directed by Matt Drummond.
My Pet Dinosaur is available now in the US via Digital at places like Amazon and hits DVD November 6th, 2018 at Walmart.
