The Suicide Squad Joker AKA Jared Leto’s presence in Zack Snyder’s Justice League had fans scratching their heads. What’s the Joker doing Justice League? Having Jared Leto with the Dialogue “We live in a Society where Honor is a Distant Memory” gives an Honor among Thieves impression. However, we now have the reason, at least partially, as to why Zack Snyder cast Jared Leto as Joker in Justice League.
While talking to the Magazine, Zack Snyder shared why he brought Joker in the Justice League. The director filmed many scenes that comprise more than half of the movie time of unseen footage of Joss Whedon’s JL. One of these scenes brought Joker into the movie.
While talking to the magazine, the director revealed that he wanted to bring joker into the movie because Batman exists with Joker’s confrontation. So, if this JL were last JL with Ben Affleck, it would be heedless to bring them to the conflicting argument.
According to Zack Snyder, it wished to bring Joker in the continuing storyline. I hinted at this in Batman vs. Superman, where you see Batman in a post-apocalyptic world holding a gun with Joker’s play-card taped to it, said Snyder.
That’s something little to do with the scenes from BvS. Following the trailer release, there more interesting footage coming out with Snyder’s cut of Justice League. Snyder’s cut is all set and just a couple of weeks away from its release on HBO Max on the 18th of March 2021 in the US and VOD services in the United Kingdom.
