John Rhys-Davies takes on a Nazi Zombie in the ‘Soldier of War’ trailer.

An undead soldier rises in a new trailer for Uncork’d Entertainment’s Soldier of War! Check it out below along with some screenshots and the poster.

The press release called it “an acclaimed, award-winning performance” from John Rhys-Davies (the Indiana Jones films, Lord of the Rings trilogy) as he faces a monstrous adversary from his past. Let’s be honest though, anytime John Rhys-Davies steps onto the screen or a stage it’s award-winning.

Synopsis: Deep in the forest, two boys discover the entrance to a secret military bunker hidden since World War II and inadvertently awaken an undead soldier, who embarks on a grotesque, ritualistic killing spree. A police investigation begins, but one by one the police and other locals are murdered. Only a World War II veteran holds the secret to stop the killings, but will anybody believe him?

Besides Rhys-Davies, the film also stars Rosie Fellner and Tanya Franks. It was directed by John Adams.

Soldier of War hits VOD March 3rd, 2019 and on DVD April 9th, 2019 from Uncork’d Entertainment.
