Disney has released the second trailer for Tim Burton’s live-action Dumbo. Check it out below and get ready to feel some emotions.
This new version of the story will not feature talking animals like the original 1941 Disney film. Instead, the film will have humans be a more central part of the story.
A young elephant, whose oversized ears enable him to fly, helps save a struggling circus, but when the circus plans a new venture, Dumbo and his friends discover dark secrets beneath its shiny veneer.
Dumbo‘s screenplay was penned by Ehren Kruger. The film is of course based on the first animated film as well as the novel by Helen Aberson and Harold Pearl.
The film stars an impressive cast that includes Michael Keaton, Danny DeVito, Colin Farrell, Eva Green, Joseph Gatt, and Alan Arkin…to name some.
Dumbo is set to hit theaters and melt your heart on March 29th, 2019.
