The USA Network has released 6 new teaser posters for the forthcoming series The Purge. Each of the posters features a tagline “Will you hide or will you seek?” Check them out below.
The series is of course on the franchise of the same name. The prequel and fourth film of the franchise The First Purge was released back in July. It went on to be the highest grossing film of the series so far.
Based on the hit movie franchise from Blumhouse productions, THE PURGE revolves around a 12-hour period when all crime, including murder, is legal. Set in a dystopian America ruled by a totalitarian political party, the series follows several seemingly unrelated characters living in a small city. Tying them all together is a mysterious savior who’s impeccably equipped for everything the night throws at them. As the clock winds down with their fates hanging in the balance, each character is forced to reckon with their pasts as they discover how far they will go to survive the night.
The Purge television series was written by James DeMonaco with Anthony Hemingway serving as director.
The series stars Gabriel Chavarria, Lili Simmons, Lee Tergesen, Jessica Garza, Amanda Warren, Colin Woodell, and Hannah Emily Anderson. William Baldwin and Fiona Dourif well also have recurring roles.
