Be ‘Torn’ by the mysteries in the launch trailer for Aspyr Media’s new VR game.

Aspyr Media has announced their first game – Torn. Check out an visually fun and intriguing trailer for it below.

They are calling the game “a dark-science fiction mystery inspired by The Twilight Zone and Black Mirror“. I would kind of half to add from the trailer, it also has this Dr. Who feel about it also.

In 1953, on the brink of a major scientific breakthrough, the renowned physicist Dr. Lawrence Talbot vanished. For 64 years, his mansion remained hidden, his laboratory and work all but forgotten… Until now.

This is the first game developed in-house by Aspyr Studio. Torn was written by Neill Glancy (Stranglehold) and Susan O’Connor (Tomb Raider, BioShock). It has an original orchestral score composed by Garry Schyman (BioShock, Middle Earth: Shadow of War).

Torn is coming to PlayStationVR, Oculus, and Vive this spring. We will update once we have a firm release date.
