Guy-Roger Duvert‘s highly awarded sci-fi thriller 2047: Virtual Revolution is finally being released this week via BD/DVD and Digital HD and etc. We here at SFM have been provided an exclusive clip that you can check out below.
In the clip, Mike Dopud’s Nash is discussing with Dina played by Jane Badler the sophistication of the terrorists he is trying to track. Dina expresses her frustration with a trail that has gone cold.
Film Synopsis: In a world where most of the population spend their time online, inside virtual worlds, Nash is a hybrid. Half of the time online, the rest of the time, in the real world, he is a private investigator/killer, hired to track down and eliminate the terrorists who threaten the system and who killed his girlfriend. Torn between the past and the future, between virtual and real, Nash ends up having to take some decisions that will impact his life, but also the society he lives in.
Besides Dopud and Badler 2047: Virtual Revolution also stars Jochen Hägele, Maximilien Poullein, Kaya Blocksage, and Petra Silander.
The movie was written and directed by Guy-Roger Duvert and being released by Wild Eye Releasing. The film has received over 40 awards, including Best Film at the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival and Best Feature at Dragon Con.
