Warner Bros. has released a brand new trailer for Justice League that comes with a bit of new footage. Check it out below.
This trailer gives us our best look at the villains of the film yet. Most notably the Parademons and Steppenwolf. There’s even an awesome scene where what looks to be Steppenwolf crashing down into an Amazonian force. Hopefully, we get to see some Darkseid by the end of the film.
Not only that, they released a slightly different edit of the trailer via Instagram. It also has some new dialogue. The rumored lighter tone the film is said to be taking since Whedon took over…seems to have a little truth to it. At least to this viewer.
Synopsis: Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Justice League is directed by Joss Whedon (after Zack Snyder left due to a family tragedy), with a screenplay by Chris Terrio. Producing the film are Charles Roven, Deborah Snyder, Jon Berg and Geoff Johns.
The film stars will star Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, and J.K. Simmons as James Gordon.
Justice League is set to hit theaters November 17th, 2017.
