Amazon has unveiled a very eerie trailer for the ‘Lore’ anthology series.

Amazon has released a very terrifying trailer for it’s newest series – Lore. You can watch it below…if you dare.

The anthology series brings to life Aaron Mahnke’s “Lore” podcast and tells the story of real-life events that spawned some of our darkest nightmares. Blending dramatic scenes, animation, archive and narration, Lore reveals how our horror legends – such as vampires, werewolves and body snatchers – are rooted in truth. Because what is scarier than the truth?

The series is produced by Amazon Studios, Propagate Content, and Valhalla Entertainment. Gale Anne Hurd (The Walking Dead), Ben Silverman (The Office), and Glen Morgan (The X-Files) are listed as some of the shows producers.

Lore stars Robert Patrick (Terminator 2: Judgment Day, The X-Files), Holland Roden (Teen Wolf), Adam Goldberg (Fargo), Colm Feore (Thor), Kristin Bauer van Straten (True Blood), and Campbell Scott (The Amazing Spider-Man).

Lore is set to premiere on Amazon October, Friday the 13th. Will you be checking it out?
