The Mummy is the first installment to the Universal Monsters shared universe and a reboot of the 1999 The Mummy Trilogy.

The Mummy is directed by Alex Kurtzman, with story written by Jon Spaihts, and Christopher McQuarrie. The film is produced by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci, Chris Morgan and Sean Daniel.
Starring in The Mummy is Tom Cruise, Sofia Boutella, Annabelle Wallis, Jake Johnson, Courtney B. Vance, and Russell Crowe.
The Mummy is scheduled for theatrical premiere on June 9, 2017.
