Disney has released a new teaser trailer, “Pirate’s Death“, for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales on their Disney Movie Trailers Youtube page, and while it is pretty short, it still manages to give us a couple new glimpses of what’s to come.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales is the 5th installment to the Pirates of the Caribbean film series and sequel to On Stranger Tides.
Captain Jack Sparrow finds the winds of ill-fortune blowing even more strongly when deadly ghost pirates led by his old nemesis, the terrifying Captain Salazar, escape from the Devil’s Triangle, determined to kill every pirate at sea…including him. Captain Jack’s only hope of survival lies in seeking out the legendary Trident of Poseidon, a powerful artifact that bestows upon its possessor total control over the seas.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales was directed by Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg, with script by Jeff Nathanson. Producing the film is Jerry Bruckheimer.
Starring in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales will be Johnny Depp, Javier Bardem, Brenton Thwaites, Kaya Scodelario, Kevin McNally, Geoffrey Rush, and Orlando Bloom.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales is scheduled to premiere on May 26, 2017.
