The Maze Runner: The Death Cure trailer has finally arrived…and it’s a little intense.

20th Century FOX has finally dropped the first trailer for Maze Runner: The Death Cure. Check it out below.

The video comes in at just over a minute and doesn’t give a whole lot. It does look intense though. This is the third and final film in the series. The film is based on The Death Cure, the final book in The Maze Runner trilogy, written by James Dashner.

Synopsis: In the epic finale to the Maze Runner saga, Thomas leads his group of escaped Gladers on their final and most dangerous mission yet. To save their friends, they must break into the legendary Last City, a WCKD-controlled labyrinth that may turn out to be the deadliest maze of all. Anyone who makes it out alive will get answers to the questions the Gladers have been asking since they first arrived in the maze.

Maze Runner: The Death Cure is directed by Wes Ball with the screenplay from T.S. Nowlin. It’s produced by Ball, Ellen Goldsmith-Vein, Wyck Godfrey, Marty Bowen, and Lee Stollman.

The film stars Dylan O’Brien, Kaya Scodelario, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Ki Hong Lee, Giancarlo Esposito, Aidan Gillen, Barry Pepper, Will Poulter, and Patricia Clarkson

Maze Runner: The Death Cure is expected to hit theaters January 26th, 2018. Yay, the wait is almost over.
